SUPER EASY GENTLE YOGA - This is a mellow class for everyone, and very accommodating to newbies!  "Gentle" refers to the physical positions, which are mild so as to avoid strain.

 

FLOW STYLE - Variations on sun salutations. A moving yoga class with weight-bearing postures. Moderately vigorous. Instructions given during physical participation. For fit, non-injured students. 

 

YOGA FOR FLEXIBILITY - Flow style with an emphasis on deep stretching positions

 

YOGA FOR CORE - Your usual All Levels Flow class with SOME core strengthening added to each sequence.

 

YOGA FOR STRENGTH (VIGOROUS FLOW) - Saturday morning 8:45am is a 90 minute class with repeated vigorous sequences and intermediate asanas. The class is done with heaters.

VINYASA ROCK CLASSICS - An easygoing flow style class done to classic rock of very good taste and choice. The sequences are taught in both silence and music. This is a moving practice and is intended to be somewhat of a workout. Fit, uninjured participants of all ages and levels are welcomed!

 

MEDITATION & YOGA FOR HEALING -  The meditation techniques are simple and the process is made approachable and de-mystified. Easy poses and stretches will enhance the teaching of yoga routines to enhance all aspects of health, wellness and healing. This class is for all levels.

 

QUIET HATHA HOUR LEVEL 1 & 2 - Traditional hatha yoga poses experienced in a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Inversions are taught.  Fit, uninjured beginners are welcome to try this class. Diligent observation of asana demos' and quiet presence is required. Quiet. Quiet. Quiet.

 

 

 

Participation in all classes is by teacher & owner Zane Ferris' approval only. The ability to hear and follow directions is pre-requisite, and all levels of fitness can flourish with such cooperation. Disclosure of injuries, permanent disabilities and neuromuscular illnesses is advised to assure our work is continous.

YOGA FOR SPIRIT (EASYGOING FLOW) - Mild pace and plenty of explanations for newbies. Standing poses and strengthening sequences. Lots of stretching. A Sunday morning feeling shall prevail!
